My advice is for white men like me to use my privilege to help create an equity based society. That means standing up for women, POC, LGBTQ people, and immigrants, on the street, in the workplace, and in our daily lives. Bias and bigotry continues because men like me are mostly staying on the sidelines and staying silent. So, the loud, angry, bigoted men among us continue to define masculinity.
