Your point about the disposability of men is well taken. My only caveat, and its a big one, is to ask who profits from the disposability of men? Yes, you might say some women make a few dollars off the risks men take, but really, it’s other men. It’s a system wherein $billions flow into the hands of a few men. Men who themselves will never go up on the high steel, never hold a rifle in combat and never feel the daily agony of watching their neighborhoods descend into lawlessness and chaos for the lack of decent jobs. The disposability of men is on men and on a system that does not value the lives of men or women.
